About Lifelong Easy Breathing
|
Asthma, allergies, COPD, anxiety, sleep disturbance, and other breathing disorders are fast becoming the most important health issues throughout the world. Sleep apnea, high blood pressure, skin or digestive problems are equally prevalent.
After discovering the, to her, almost miraculous results of working with Buteyko (after a lifetime of asthma) Pippa Kiraly took the course for teachers offered by the Buteyko Institute of Breathing and Health, and after internship began Lifelong Easy Breathing in 2004 to help meet the need for fast, safe, effective, affordable assistance to people tired of never really getting rid of their conditions.
As Dr. Buteyko once said to a skeptical listener: “If you go on taking your car to the same mechanic for the same problem and it is never fixed, wouldn’t you try another mechanic?”
And the joy of Buteyko is that you only have to take a course once. Most refresher classes are free, and telephone or e-mail support is always available.

Meet Pippa Kiraly Certified Buteyko Practitioner
Buteyko Institute of Breathing and Health
Pippa, is a lifelong serious asthma sufferer who took this course in 2002 and is now virtually free of all drugs and all symptoms. After 35 years on steroids and many other drugs, after living life since toddlerhood around her asthma, Pippa was able to go trekking in the Himalayas in 2003, climbing to 10,500 feet in the Annapurna range. She is saving about $3200 a year in costs for drugs and prescription insurance...not even counting the costs of doctor or hospital visits no longer needed.

She trained as a nurse at St. Thomas’s Hospital in London, England, and finds the physiological premise of Buteyko to make perfect sense.
"Both of my parents, who are physicians (anesthesiologist and pathologist), and my husband, who suffers from chronic sinusitis, took Pippa's course and were profoundly affected by this simple but powerful course on how to change bad breathing habits. Mike has reduced the amount of breathing medication he takes, and my mother has significantly reduced her blood pressure. It's ridiculously simple--just a shift in a habits--but it seems to have profound results. I didn't see Pippa for two years; when I saw her again, I thought she had had a face lift, because she looked so different. Turns out breathing differently also affects your complexion... I plan on taking the course myself." S.A, 38
Thanks for a wonderful new tool for life.
